 THE CAMPAIGN

THE CAMPAIGN

The purpose of the “Together We Smile is to unite communities during the month of July for Minority Health Awareness Month in an effort to raise awareness, promote support, and educate nationally about mental wellness. Our goal is to get the topic of mental wellness/health trending throughout major social media platforms as a catalyst to ignite change concerning the conversation around mental health bringing the positive and community aspects of mental wellness to the forefront. Too often, those who suffer from mental health difficulties do so in silence in fear of being stigmatized. Because of this, many individuals are hindered from the beauty of self recovery, growth and education of mental wellness.

Black Girls Smile Inc., campaign partners and allies are setting out to change the way we perceive mental health by having an honest conversation on how we define and understand mental wellness.

If“ We Smile Together, We Heal Together”.
